Hazel is very helpful and they help to deliver as soon as they can. The flower is very pretty and design is contemporary and neat. Really love their service and design. Price is reasonable too! They even help to print out the message template i prepared and they print out a few times until i am satisfied and help to trim the sides that cannot be covered by the background after printing out in A4 size. Also, they took photo to let me see the finished products to let me see before sending out. Thumbs up to them, 5 stars design and service! :)

Had a wonderful experience engaging Hazel florist to help prepare a beautiful bouquet for my girlfriend’s graduation. With the little colour direction I gave, their experienced florist carefully put together the stunning arrangement with the different dried flowers. Will definitely recommend and visit Hazel Florist again!

This is my first order with Hazel Florist. I have a good experience throughout the order processing. Ms AJ is very helpful, kind and friendly. She provides me with the detail of the flowers and helps to find out for me which are fresh and artificial flowers upon my request. She also attends to my other requests. I would like to thank Ms Doreen too. She listens and adjusts the arrangement of the wordings in the message card accordingly. She responds and works fast. I hope when the recipient receives the flowers, they will all be good. Thanks again to both of you! Your good customer service is appreciated!!! May God bless you.😍

Ordered 3 beautiful bouquet from Hazel Florist thru Shernet for my proposal! 🥰 Had some idea and put them down in message to seek for advise. Shernet was very kind in understanding my need and counter propose to my request when i’m not good with colour combination 😅 Eventually received the flowers on time and made the whole evening proposal a memorable one!!! My fiancée and mum all love the flowers!! 😍😍 More importantly, i could successfully convey my sincerity, which may not be possibly done well without the flowers and the message card provided by Hazel Florist!!! Thank U Shernet and team for the great assistance!!! 🙏🙇‍♂️

Prompt and fast delivery/response. Doreen was a great help. I requested for a couple of changes and add ons, and she was able to provide good advice. The recipient and my colleagues mentioned that the hamper is very cute and pretty. Highly recommend them to anyone who is planning to get a gift hamper.
